Can someone help me with my friend problem! FAST?

I told one of my friends who I liked yesterday and she told my other friend who I knew I could trust. But the next day I went home early sick to my stomach. The bell rang when I was waiting for my mom to pick me up and when all the other kids walked by the office I heard someone scream, (Not using my real name) " Bob Lala Is absesed with Cookie!? EWWW" we call him cookie. WHAT DO I DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME PLZ
