Is zac efron a womanizer?

Okay, i was in a private pool party last week coz it's my cousin's birthday. Zac efron was invited coz he's my cousin's close friend. But i'm just curious because zac was with another girl. It's not vanessa! I'm 100% sure its zac with another girl.. I don't know who the girl was, but i remember that she has blue eyes and has tattoos. They look sweet together. They were like.. umm.. cuddling.. My friend and i even caught them kissing in a hidden place in the house. I'm not kidding! but they sure look cute together.. They were both hot! Hey! Don't think that I'm making a story coz i wouldn't waste my time typing this if it's not true!.. So i just want your opinion.
