Is PlasmaNet Inc.aka FREE LOTTO a biggest scam in internet ?

I have been receiving almost daily notices from Plasma net inc. telling me that I won 3 times. But the figure is inconsistence and if is true that I won that big amount of money, why don't they just deduct the membership fee or what so ever payment from my prizes. They may fooled some people some times but they can not fooled all the people all of the time. Show me first the money,Mr. Kevin J. Aronin.
