Why do people think white people have more pedophiles in their race when they don't?

if the black population is 13% and the black crime rate is 50% that does not mean that the crime rate is larger than their entire population, ("black homicidal crime rate > black population %") because 13% is out of the WHOLE US population, while the 50% is just out of the black percentage, meaning HALF of the black population is involved in homicidal crimes (According to your stats)
