OVULATIN 2X MTH! IS IT POSS?

Is it possible to be ovulating twice in a month if u get several days worth of a LH SURGE? would it indicate twins or make it more likely to get pregnant this month?? what day after the orig test do you BD to get pregnant? Done day before,( POSTIVE TEST) day after and two days after that.
