Merrill Lynch interview process and preparing for the interview?

I have been invited to attend an interview at ML for the position of Research yst, firstly with HR, then with the sector head. Can anyone help me with the interview process, and likely questions? Why ML (as compared with the other IBs)? Thank you in advance
