DOG FOOD QUESTION: Whcih one of these canned dog foods is the better one? (Ingredients Listed)?

Not sure what "poetry by-products" are, but any "by products" are BAD! There is no muscle meat in them at all. And, at 4 weeks, they shouldn't even be weaned from their mother. I would contact your vet to see what you should feed them.
