Educated, single, black, liberal, 28, male looking for a place to settle,Dallas or Austin (what areas in each)?

I'm definitely still young and am not a fan of hanging out with people a lot older than me, however I'm slowly moving away from anyone near the "fresh out of college" phase. I want a young area, and would like an area that is friendly toward interracial dating or/and an area where I would be able to find black women or/and women in general that are college educated. I go back and forth between liking to dress up to the nines when I go out or just chilling and going to a concert. I like independent hip hop, punk, jam bands, reggae, and indy music. I'm at that point in my life when I'm trying to have a serious relationship and get my career started (since I'm fresh out of law school).
