How bad would this hurt...?

Im thinking about getting a tattoo on my wrist, it would be on the palm side of my wrist, on one wrist it would say "you are" and on the other it would say "my strength" im just wondering how badly this would hurt on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being ablr for a carebear to handle it, and 10 being a biker crying over it. please answer honestly, no random answers plz. And how much would it cost because its just writing...it doesnt seem like it would really be THAT much.
