How can I get a hold of my apartment companys coorperate office?

I have asked the emergency line to fix my ac for the 5th time this month one guy has told me that it just wont get colder than 78 degrees???? and when I asked the lady on the phone for the corperate office line, she said that they cant give it out, what is that?
