Hysterectomy for severe endometriosis?

I have severe endometriosis, treated with an iud for 2.5 yrs. Endo symtoms are back but worse now...options - iud + pill or hysterectomy. Doc says I will not reach natural menopause due to endo - surgery is inevitable at some point. I am 36 and have had all the kids I will have. help!
