Is Osama Bin Laden the source of AIDS?

I heard a radio announcer say that Osama Bin Laden is the source of aids; that he used his family money to commission work by leading middle east virologists in the early 70's to eradicate 'infidels' since by his standards anyone even remotely ually promiscuous had to be 'infidels'. Has anyone else ever heard this? Is there any possibility of truth in this?
