Is This House Worth Flipping?

I was a real estate investor many years ago and times are tough now, but the only advice i can give someone today is to buy a house that will already have equity in it, like forecloser or someone that is relocating, and even if it is $20K equity, flip it and hope it sells fast that is the only thing now, how long will it take to sell, if you get something your first time out that needs alot of repair and you are not experienced, you could lose alot, so be careful, do your homework and alot of research, talk to other RE investors, and go slow and cautious.
