What is wrong with my honda? (I drive a '00 prelude, H22A4 motor, 2.2L DOHC VTEC 5spd; NOT AN SH)?

im pretty sure your clutch is so worn down that it cant get traction on the flywheel anymore... either that or a clutch adjustment or a mixture of both
