How do you make a chocolate tart ( needs to be really really really easy ! )?

My sis wants to make a cake for her friend's birthday, and as you know, a gift is only meaniful if it is made by the person who gave it to you ! She is 9 years old so nothing with oven, a pot or pan.... is ok i guess....
