PLEASE HELP!!! have i broken my hymen?

ok here goes, im 13 and i have heard that you can break your hymen from doing horseriding and other sports , don't worry i am def a virgin but im not sure weather my hymen is broken or not and my friend has a horse and iv been on him a few times but iv never experienced bleeding , iv had a few pains but i don't no for sure x please reply with no supid answers your's truley , Rosie xxx<3
