Is Sarah Palin a revisonist of both history and current events?

Why would Sarah say she was cleared of any wrongdoing when the panel, hired by the Alaska legislature and headed by a retired judge, concluded that she was lawful in firing the commissioner but violated Alaska Statute 39.52.110(a) of the Alaska Executive Branch Ethics Act in pushing for the firing of a trooper?
