My daughter is currently on probation, this is a dui misdermeanor charge, in Oakland County Michigan. The judge gave her 7 days in jail and put her on Probation, plus 30 hours of community service and attend a MADD cl, and random Alcohol/Drug test. This was in October. She completed her community service and MADD cl in the time frame that was ordered. Now she is still doing the testing. She has never missed a test, she calls everyday at 12 Noon to see if they call her color. I make sure she goes, since she has a suspended license. Now she is paying the fines that were ordered everytime she goes to see her Probation officer. But when she went yesterday to the probation officer they told her that she missed her Jan 9th test. She said she couldn't have I agree I ask her every single day that she calls and sometimes I am sitting right there with her just so I can hear if they call her color so that we both heard it and make sure I gets there. Well we are both scared because we are almost sure we went. She has never missed a call. We went back and checked the cell phone records and she did call that day before which was a Sat. Jan 8th and then she would have had to go Sunday morning Jan 9th. And it shows she called at 12:28pm and then she called on Sunday same time as always. If we would have heard that color we would have went. Now she is going to check with the JAMS place because she has to sign in when she goes and see if they have her signature. If they do not what can we expect. This is Oakland County. Do you think the judge will take probation away or give her another chance or even lengthen the probation because she has already completed everything else that was required under her probation.....

Resistant strep and Bronchitis?

I found out that i had strep on on tuesday i been on amoxicllin since then. well i have not got any better i went back to the doctor today and was given a shot in the which still hurts of penicillin ( i had major anxiety over this thank god i had no allergic reaction. I was told to start z-pack tomm because the amox. was not cutting it. My stomach hurts with non stop reflux not to mention the killer cough, painfull lungs and non stop phlegm. I took the SATs for the first time a couple of months ago, and I am shocked by how low my scores are (specifically in math). My SAT score was 270 points lower than my PSAT score, and math accounting for 240 of those points (I got a 420)! :( I was flabbergasted considering I usually do the best on math (high 60's on the PSAT). I came out feeling as though I did much better than my score indicates. What does this result entail? I'd gain weight when not that active, got down to a size 24 following Susan Powter's book, size 24 on The Zone, size 24 on Atkins, size 24 on Overeaters Anonymous while living in the desert with no car riding my bike or walking everywhere plus taking tai chi cles. I've gained more weight, but I need to know how to force my body to actually be skinny before I lift another finger - I want to be a size 12, if I can't be skinny it doesn't matter if I'm a size 24 or a size 572. I'm already on synthroid, and no, my doctor won't increase the dosage, yes, they've tested to be sure it was the right dose.

My husband is constantly hanging out with 2 girls who are suppose to be my friends?

My husband who I have been married to for a year and a half, and have been with for about 5 years has lately been hanging out with these 2 single girls. One of the girls use to date his best friend and that's how he knows her. The other one is just a girl I've kinda known for a while but recently became friends. I've told the other girl, we'll call her Judy, that I have a real problem with them spending so much time together. I've got in her face, screamed but I never hit her. I told her she spends more time with my husband than I do. Both girls have promised me they would never do anything to him and wouldn't do that to me. Well, these past 2 nights my husband hasn't came home from work due to a fight we kinda have. I have major depression due to my mom's cancer and some legal charges going on for the past 3 years. He hasn't came home from work in 2 days and every night he has been at the other girls house, we'll call her Anna. Anna and Judy are both best friends. He never hardly invites me out there with him, maybe a few times. But these past two nights he hasn't called or anything. I drove by the girls house tonight and his truck was there and nobody would answer the door, they might have been asleep. I'm on my edge here. My brothers and my dad do not understand why I'm still with him because he makes me cry all the time about this. I've lost about 10 lbs in the past 2 weeks due to lost of appetite and not eating..I just want some advice on what to do. This closeness between my husband and "Judy" is really bothering me. I have a friend who wants to hold a hoopdance workshop in the Chicago area. I feel horrible, help with a girl I like so much that won't date me?

So there's this girl I've liked for around 2-3 years. She liked me the first second she saw me when I was at work and she was talking to my co-worker that she's been friends with for a long time. Well the next day or so she went through his phone and found my number and we started talking. After a while I always tell girls (the ones I actually think I like or want to date) that I am an atheist so that I don't waste anymore time if they just can't, I guess handle that or something. So from there we agreed that we just wouldn't bring the subject up (she went to a christian school, now going to christian college and she still doesnt bring it up). She goes to Lee Uni now a big christian college and i was going to go for her, and she said if i did we could date. she has money and is the smartest girl i know so she goes about free and i didn't want to bother going and end up in debt. I've been taking it on and off for 12 days, now. Some days, I've taken up to 6 tablets. I have constant pressure behind my eyes, with reoccurring headaches. I'm getting a spinal tap done tomorrow morning and an MRI Friday. Having the constant pressure and stabbing pains in my eyes makes me want to just keep taking them, but I know they're habit forming. That, and I'm weary about taking anything with acetaminophen for long periods of time. The neurologist said that it was ok to keep taking, as long as it wasn't more than 6 tablets a day (and taken at least 4 hours apart). He also stressed that I could become dependant, and to only take when I have to. I've actually avoided taking this when having bad headaches the last couple of days. I'm a paranoid person, but anything that deals with prescribed meds, gives me a justified reason to be.

I went through some traumatic things and it really effected my mental health. I had no self respect, or self control. I did some stupid things in my past and those choices made rumors about me very easy to believe. I recently started taking antidepressants and they have started to work. Why after six years im suddenly dreaming of an ex?

i met her in high school the first time i saw her.we got close in just three months when i got pick up and thrown in jail we still communicated through letters when she hit me with the heavy news.her family was moving her to texas and leaving me behind when she mention that she's in love with me. it was hard knowing something so dear to my heart was being taken away. i didn't even get a chance to say good bye.we didn't even have ual relation up this point it was more than that, it was more like a connection we had together.So...shortly after i was released "yup" i took a trip to texas for one week and let me tell you the smile on her face when she saw me was enough to illuminate every shadow in a hopeless heart it was like to feel young and hopeful again. it was good times in deed. i recall she falling to sleep in my arms as i run my fingers thru her hair and just thinking how we came a long way.it was nice don't get the wrong idea i ain't corny n ****. im just saying it was nice to see her still here after everything we had gone thru.after all i was only a small city boy chasing my heart never looking back. so little after i even notice a week wen't by as fast as five minutes. (one month later) i found out we are expecting a kid. happy at that point in my life i made new plans in seeing her again. (three months later) im back in texas just to find out she had a miscarriage. another week had gone by so fast but it was a good week, so.... here we go again she's pregnant im going to be a father when i get the news. a second miscarriage will things start going down hill after a month she stop answering my calls. soon after a month i got a phone call from a private number, sure enough it was her explaining how she cant deal with a long distance relationship and its not cause she dont love me she explain its cause she cant deal with the long distance.i simply said ok and bye...... a get a private phone call four months later i answer to my surprise it was her but she sounded upset that i answer and quickly just said i dial the wrong number and hung up. i guess she thought i change my cell number sense i was off air for a month do to billing complications but soon after she hung up she called back saying hey in the most softest friendiest voice but being hurt as i was i told her i was busy and hung up. now after six years im dreaming of her for no reason at all.what does it all mean. can any one help and enlighten me in why after so long i just started dreaming of her

Let's see.. there are soo many in my ward!! Scrap booking, a craft group that meets once a month, recipe group that meets once a month, a frozen dinner for a month club that meets (can you guess?) once a month. Yoga Mon, Wed, and Fri. Temple group that goes once a week. Play group that meets once a week. A once a month preparedness group. A quilting group, I think this one is once a month, but it might be every week. We also have a gardening group that goes from spring-the snow flies. Oh.. we also have one that goes to a store here called Kitchen Kneads and learns how to use whole wheat grain, beans and the such in every-day cooking.

Is my sons choice of a lovey strange?

I know all children generally have a lovey and up to about a week ago my sons pacifier was his. He is almost 29 months and I felt it was time to get rid of it during the day. He has been doing great but now he has chosen a new lovey. His hot wheels car. He does have his favorites but there is never a time that goes by that he does not have one near. He plays with pretty much anything with wheels really but he loves his hot wheels. He sleeps with one, insists on taking one with us when we go out, plays with it in the bathtub. What can I do?

My son is 2 1/2, since he was born I have had no problems getting him to eat. He was always a good eater. Recently, he has not been eating proper foods. He will take a few bites and say he doesnt like it or doesnt want it. Some people say that he is just going tru a stage that all kids do, but I am not sure what to do. He only likes sweets and cakes. In the mornings he eats his breakfast, but just snacks throughout the day. He also goes to his Nana's house while I am at work, and she gives him all that he wants. I choose not to give him sweets, instead try to give him fruits. So does she, but even still, he is not getting his vegies or meats in. Help me, what is the cause, and what can I do to help him like normal foods again? Could a change of place be one reason he isnt eating. Since we moved out of his Nana's house it seems to be the start of this odd behaviour. (before we lived at his nana's we lived in America, we now live in our own house in scotland) Any ideas will be helpful.

Around 1978 I was reading about a scientific expedition in Peru, from LIMA, where researchers were using a team of donkeys to carry miles of wires and generators and mini submarines through the jungle, up the inner side of the mountain, to where a square cave was found. It went from the top of the mountain, down through the entire mountain on an angle and continued 3 miles under the Pacific Ocean on the other side. There were photographs of the researchers and crews, and it really looked like one of the most important discoveries ever made. The Cave was about 100 feet square, with laser- straight walls, that were 4000 to 5000 years old, with no chisel or machine marks, ( something we could not even do today ). They were using cameras on the mini subs to try to see what was at the end of the tunnel over 3 miles under the Pacific Ocean. I moved twice, and was very busy with new situations and lost all track. Now when I search National Geographic and other scientific publications, and look for any mention of this discovery, there is absolutely NOTHING ! All trace of the entire research effort are gone ... ! Does anyone in Peru or in a Scientific organization know what happened? The miles of solid rock were "cut like hot knife through er" and absolutely straight for miles - over 4000 years ago. Ok, so my genius self tryed to jump the car with a golf cart. DONT DO THAT. the golf cart was 6v car was 12v. so anyway i jumped it and it sparked like a mf, but started. exept to find out that the radio, ac, and dome lights, and other lights inside do not work at all. the transmission controller under the seat was blown and the amp above it was smoking. soooo i replaced both and now the works fine and all of the electrical works fine. exept the radio and ac and dome lights. someone please help me for the love of god. i checked every fuse in the mf and cant seem to find one thats blown. even used a fuse tester. also is there a way to check the big fuses like the ones in the engine??? please help. thanks.
